# Buying a Pilot plan

> Buy a Bolna Pilot plan directly from the dashboard — discounted per-minute rates, higher concurrency, and one month of guided support.

## What is the Pilot plan?

The **Pilot plan** is a one-time purchase that bundles discounted minutes with one month of guided support, so you can build and launch your first agents with help from a Bolna point of contact (POC).

It is available to new accounts that are still on the standard pay-as-you-go rate. If your workspace already has a volume or enterprise plan, the Pilot tab isn't shown — [contact us](mailto:enterprise@bolna.ai) instead.

## Pilot tiers

Both tiers include:

* Priority support via a dedicated WhatsApp group
* 1:1 calls with your POC
* Enterprise features enabled
* Maximum concurrency of 25
* The same [preferred models](/docs/pricing/preferred-models) bundled into the flat rate

  Minutes bought under a Pilot land in your normal wallet balance and don't expire. Once they are consumed, the account reverts to standard platform pricing, starting at \$0.06/min.

## How to buy a Pilot

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Add Funds panel">
    Go to [platform.bolna.ai](https://platform.bolna.ai) and click the **+** button next to your wallet balance in the top-right corner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch to the Pilot tab">
    Select the **Pilot** tab next to **Add Funds**. If you don't see it, your account isn't eligible for a Pilot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a tier">
    Choose either the 6,500-minute or 12,000-minute option. The per-minute rate and savings update with your selection.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    Click **Buy a pilot** to go to Stripe checkout. Your Pilot starts once the payment clears, and the minutes are credited to your wallet.

## Terms and conditions

Purchasing a Pilot means accepting the Bolna Pilot Program terms, which cover the support period, pricing validity, refunds, and call-recording obligations.

Key points:

* The dedicated support period runs for **one month** from the date your payment clears.
* Your Pilot per-minute rate applies until the purchased minutes are fully consumed, even after the support month ends.
* The Pilot fee is **non-refundable** once paid, except where the law requires otherwise.
* Call recordings are mandatory during the Pilot.
