Voice importing allows you to bring voices from external providers (like ElevenLabs, Cartesia) into your Bolna workspace. This enables you to use provider-specific voices or custom voices you’ve created with those providers in your Bolna Voice AI agents.
Go to your agent in Agent Studio and click the Languages tab. In the Voice section, open the voice dropdown and click Add new voice at the bottom of the list.

Pick the provider and paste the Voice ID
The Add Voice modal opens on the Add by ID tab. Choose the Provider that hosts the voice, then paste its Voice ID — the provider-side identifier, for example pNInz6obpgDQGcFmaJgB for ElevenLabs. The helper link under the field opens that provider’s voice library so you can look the ID up.

Add voice
Click Add voice. The imported voice appears in the voice selector within seconds and can be used by any agent in the workspace.
To use a private voice from your own provider account, connect that provider’s API key under Settings → Integrations first — otherwise only publicly available voice IDs resolve.
