Use the same voice across all customer touchpoints
Go to your agent in Agent Studio and click the Languages tab. In the Voice section, open the voice dropdown and click Add new voice at the bottom of the list.

Switch to the Clone Voice tab
The Add Voice modal opens on Add by ID. Switch to the Clone Voice tab, pick the Provider that should host the clone (ElevenLabs or Cartesia), then fill in:
Voice name — how the voice appears in the selector
Description — optional note, for example Warm male Indian accent
Sample language — the language spoken in your audio sample

Upload the audio sample
Drag and drop your sample into the upload area, or click to browse. Audio files only, maximum 10 MB — a clean 1-2 minute recording works best.

Clone voice
Click Clone voice and wait for processing. The cloned voice then shows up in the voice selector of the Languages tab for every agent in the workspace.
For best results, use clean audio with no background noise and only the voice you want to clone.
