Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0 | Updated on 25th June 2026
The Bolna Beta Community is for builders who are actively using Bolna and want early access to what we're building next. These terms cover how the community works.
1. Who This Is For
| What we look at | Minimum | Preferred |
|---|---|---|
| Agents built | 1 agent created | 3 or more |
| Calls placed | 1 live call | 500+ per month |
| Use case | Defined use case | Production use case |
New to Bolna with a clear production use case? You can still apply. We review applications individually.
2. What You Get
| Benefit | Details |
|---|---|
| Early feature access | Before public release |
| Beta credits | Credited at onboarding |
| Private Slack | With the Bolna team and other beta voice AI builders |
| Feedback channel | Direct input into the roadmap |
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, expire at the end of the beta period for each feature, and cannot carry over to a paid plan.
3. Staying Active
| Activity | Timeframe |
|---|---|
| Build at least one agent | Within 7 days of access |
| Place at least 10 live calls | Within 14 days |
| Engage on Slack | At least once every two weeks |
If you go quiet, we'll reach out before any membership decisions are made.
We'll occasionally send surveys or check-in messages. A reply within 3 business days is appreciated. Bug reports go to the Slack channel or feedback form. We may also invite you to a user interview during the beta (optional, up to 2).
4. Confidentiality
- Don't share screenshots, demos, or descriptions of unreleased features publicly without written consent from Bolna
- Keep internal product details, pricing, and roadmap discussions within the beta Slack
- These obligations apply for 12 months after the beta ends
5. What's Not Permitted
| Not allowed | Example |
|---|---|
| Bulk calls unrelated to testing | Spam or unsolicited outreach |
| Sharing credentials | Giving login access outside your org |
| Policy-violating agent builds | Agents that breach Bolna's policies or applicable laws |
| Reverse engineering | Extracting prompt modules or proprietary systems |
| Reselling access | Sub-licensing community or feature access |
6. Data and Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
All features, prompt modules, templates, and platform infrastructure remain Bolna's property. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution.
9. Disclaimers
